Member’s business, contact information, and selected video will be hand-posted to online search directories including but not limited to Local Search Directories, Local Search Sites, Local Maps, Business sites, Social Networks, Mobile Maps and, GPS and Navigation Directories. Member listings will include business specific keyword search terms along with consistent information on all sites to ensure high visibility of Member’s business.Business Directory Listing Webpage
Member receives listing in NALA’s Business Directory and NALA’s affiliate business directories with Member’s Ad artwork(1), Map, NALA Featured Charity recognition, Video Branding capability and click through ability in webpage format. (see Marketing Manager for eligible enhancements)Member Benefits
Member will have access to all benefits available in NALA Benefits component as described on NALA website during the term of Membership. This includes access to the National Member Discount Marketplace. Member will receive, as part of the Charity Branding, a Membership Benefits Package featuring the National Charities in association with NALA. Member acknowledges that Benefits within this component many change from time to time.Video Marketing
Member can select one Branding Video from NALA Video Library featuring the Member’s Ad artwork(1) as the last slide of the Video. The Video will be hosted on NALA’s own dedicated Channel(2). Member has complete access to functions provided by video hosting entity which allows Member the ability to embed Video to Member’s own website and create a video link for email messaging. Member receives a single Geo-Targeted Profile which includes a minimum 5-mile radius from the Member’s business or identified zip codes. Each Profile provides the minimum impressions per month depending upon package selected: Executive = 10K; Premiere = 15K; VIP = 20K; Elite = 40K. The impressions display the Member’s artwork on the websites in the NALA network with click-through capability to Member’s identified Destination Website. Executive, VIP & Premiere packages may identify a single zip code; Elite may identify up to 2 for use in the profile.Press Release (available add-on)
Member receives one Press Release during the term of membership. Each Member will receive assistance from the Press Release Manager to develop a story featuring information that is newsworthy, timely, and if possible having charity or community focus. The Press Release may be used any time during the term of membership. Members in autorenewal are eligible to receive one (1) Press Release after 90 days of autorenewal. Members in autorenewal are eligible for one additional Press Release during the equivalent of the original contract term.VIP Loyalty Cards
Member will receive 100 VIP Loyalty Cards with Member’s Ad artwork(1). The VIP Loyalty Cards allow member to recognize special customers, loyal clients or employees by providing access to NALA Member Discount Marketplace.Daily Deals
Members may use the Daily Deals component to create, distribute and manage one or a multitude of special offers, deals and promotions to loyal and special customers. NALA Member Daily Deals are displayed in various locations through the NALA including but not limited to the NALA Business Directory. Daily Deals may be sent directly via text or email through the NALA Multi-Messaging Tool. Member receives an allotted amount of text and email credits based upon the package selected. Member will receive access to NALA Multi-Messaging tool. This component allows members to collect and manage their customers’ text and email addresses in a single integrated database for Mobile Text, IM, Email and Social Networks or Blogs. Member receives an allotted amount of text and email credits based upon the package selected. These credits do not rollover. Member will provide ad copy directly to NALA or its agent within two (2) weeks of the date of this Agreement. NALA, or its agent, will send proof of copy to the Member’s email address provided on this Agreement. Member agrees to return proof to NALA, or its agent, within five (5) business days of receipt. If not returned, Member and ISO authorize NALA to use copy as per proof. Member is limited to one corrected proof. Modifications to ad-copy after corrected proof may result in additional costs to Member. There is only one final artwork proof per Member to be utilized in the features associated with the Membership. Any modifications to artwork after final copy will be at an additional cost to Member. (2)NALA retains ownership rights of all Videos created for Members. Video hosting is contracted by NALA to a separate entity. Members will be provided access to NALA channel at the hosting entity and the ability to embed and link Video according to their state policies.
*Due to changes in the fast moving on-line world NALA reserves the right to substitute a component of equal value at any time during the term of membership.
